Your privacy is very important to us. This Privacy Policy explains how personal information is collected, used and disclosed in connection with this website.  It does not apply to personal information collected offline, such as when you visit or contact one of our dental offices.

How do we use personal information?

We understand the importance of protecting your personal information and this information is only obtained:

  • through our website when an appointment request is made

  • through our Facebook or Twitter accounts if communication is made with us

  • at the office through our new patient forms

We will only use this information to:

  • Coordinate appointments, treatment and billing

  • Help you understand your coverage and work with your insurance provider

  • Send referrals and liaise with dental specialists as needed

We send text and email reminders to patients regarding appointments. You may opt out of these at any time.

Does this website use cookies?

We use cookies and browser storage to support website features and understand how visitors use the site. Our first-party measurement uses a random browser identifier and a session identifier to measure visits, pageviews, visible time on pages, referral websites, campaign tags, and interactions with forms and online booking. We record general device/browser information and an estimated city, province/region and country using a local IP-location database. These locations are approximate, not GPS or street-address locations. We store public IP addresses separately for up to 30 days of administrator access, after which they expire and are queued for automatic deletion. We do not send IP addresses to an external geolocation lookup service. We do not include form contents or MaxAssist session tokens in analytics. New analytics records and the browser identifier expire after 400 days; older analytics records retain their original 90-day expiry. We honour browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals for this first-party measurement. Clearing browser storage resets the identifier. MaxAssist handles online booking separately and may use its own cookies and browser storage, including advertising attribution. Google Maps and YouTube may also receive information when their content is loaded.
