I was born and raised in Slovakia, where my interest in health care first took shape. That early calling has guided me throughout my education and career. My education began with a nursing degree, followed by a Bachelor of Science in Genetics and Immunology after moving to Canada. I earned my Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from the University of British Columbia in 2009.
Since graduating from UBC Dentistry, Dr. Cindy and I had dreamed of owning a practice together. In 2015, we became the owners of Panorama Place Dental Centre, bringing that shared ambition to life. I’m proud to help shape the care and patient experience we provide to our community.
I strive to provide high-quality, advanced dental care and the best possible experience to my patients. I’m skilled in a wide variety of dental procedures and take great pride in the work I do.
My commitment to my patients has led me to pursue many continuing education courses throughout my career, including treatment planning and presentation, functional occlusion, oral sedation, laser, forensic and cosmetic dentistry.
I love skiing, cycling, hiking and yoga and spending time with my partner David and sons Jakob and Marko.
