Restoring Form and Function
Dental Implants
Implants are a great option for tooth replacement as long as you are in good health and have healthy gums.
An implant is a titanium post that gets integrated into the jawbone and acts like a root of a tooth. It anchors an artificial tooth (implant crown).
Some cases will require grafting to augment the existing bone structure prior to implant placement. We’re happy to discuss the grafting procedure during your implant consultation.
Gingival (Gum) Grafting
If the roots of your teeth are exposed, it means you have some gum recession and could be a good candidate for grafting. This procedure is used to cover your exposed roots, which can be prone to cavities and can be sensitive.
